Join us for a celebration of all things chocolate! This six course tasting menu will incorporate many different elements of cacao and chocolate, with the journey from course to course replicating the bean to bar chocolate making process. From tropical fruit to delicious sweet treat, this will be a unique experience that feeds your mind and belly in equal measure.
In the kitchen we'll have Sam Dinsdale, a Michelin Star chef who previously worked under Gordon Ramsay and spent many years mastering her craft in London, before recently returning to Wellington. Assisting Sam will be the fabulous Jackie Lee Morrison, owner and brownie guru at Lashings. Hosting the event will be Luke Owen Smith, owner of The Chocolate Bar and New Zealand’s most enthusiastic craft chocolate specialist.
