Bee Aware Day

Taylor Pass Honey Co celebrate Bee Aware Month 2019 with a morning of fun bee and honey related activities at The Vines Village Cafe & Deli, Wine Cellar & Boutique Stores on Friday Oct 4th from 10am.

Meet the the Taylor Pass team who will be tasting their special honeys in the Vines Village Deli. Watch the Beekeepers as they show you a working demonstration of a beehive management in the hives around the Village Lake.

Join in on a kids beeswax wrap making session at The Quilters Barn at 10.30am and 11.30am. $20 per session and take home 2 wraps, all kids to be accompanied by an adult. Book your session with Fiona at info@thequiltersbarn.co.nz

Try the delicious Taylor Pass Honey in many ways with a special menu for the day and try the poured honey on the Appleby Farms Ice Cream! Also see the live cooking with honey demonstration by VVC head chef Steve MacDougall. And don’t forget to bring your own jar to take home fresh poured honey from the deli.
