Fun Simple and Easy to Learn dance moves.

Dancing is like the alphabet, once you’ve learnt the basics you can put them together in several combinations.

Dancing is a brilliant way to relieve stress and a great form of exercise not only for the body but also for the mind as it keeps the brain active. You may find the mental stimulation even more helpful than the physical exertion.

You don’t need any special equipment to start out. A smartish pair of shoes, (sneakers if you wish) clothes that are comfortable and unlikely to cause a trip hazard. Beyond that all you need is willingness to let yourself enjoy the moment.

If you don’t fancy coming alone invite your partner or friends to come as well. If you're able to shake your hips and forget your worries then you're already halfway there.
