Experience an exhilarating workout at the best outdoor venue in New Zealand - Black Barn Amphitheatre. Large flat grassed terraces mean Yogis workout in comfort with the whole of Hawke's Bay as their backdrop. After the event we have a selection of wellness food and drinks for breakfast and of course coffee.

Well known yogi Doris Blum, owner of Breathe Yoga Studio in Havelock North, will guide you through Ashtanga Vinyasa.

This practice is a vinyasa flow yoga practice which needs a minimum of 6 months yoga practice, the practice appeals to anybody who likes to move and to be physically active.

- It is a heating practice
- This series of postures is designed to purify and tone the body and also bring focus to the mind
- Anybody can practice this series above the age of 12 years
- One can stop at any time of the practice and relax into savasana (relaxation)
- Sessions are designed for beginners to medium level experience Yogis.

Pre-book $10.00 per person
Gate Sales on the day $15.00 per person
Session suitable for 12 years and older

General information:
Gates Open: 8.30AM
Yoga Starts: 9.00AM
Yoga Finishes: 10.15PM approx

What to bring:
- This is an openair yoga session please be prepared accordingly.
- Bring Water and a Yoga Mat
- A blanket to cover up after the practice

Food & drinks
Various items will be available at the Amphitheatre following the yoga session.

The yoga session will be cancelled in the event of rain. We will email you prior to 7.30am on the day of the session should the event be cancelled.
