Bombay Sapphire to Open Immersive Gin Garden This Summer

Auckland bars The Glass Goose in the CBD and Bedford Soda & Liquor in Ponsonby Central are set to be transformed into beautiful, urban Bombay Sapphire-inspired retreats, bursting in botanical flavours.

As part of the unique sensory experience, Aucklanders will be encouraged to create their own perfect serve Bombay and Tonic, and to give their signature drink a name. Each bar will offer a menu of carefully chosen garnishes and flavoured tonics for drinkers to create something that is fully tailored to their taste buds.

The bars will also offer three mouth-watering Bombay and Tonic serves, designed exclusively by master drinks creator Frankie Walker, accompanied by Bombay Sapphire blue edible gin-infused paint – the only places in New Zealand where this is currently available.

In its latest attempt to #StirCreativityNZ, Bombay Sapphire will also run a competition across both bars with prizes including a VIP Race Day Experience at Ellerslie on Vodafone Derby Day for you and three friends, as well as weekly prizes of $200 food and beverage voucher to share Bombay creations and food with friends.
