Madison Gene Soprano Presents BORN TO SING a fundraiser Concert.
Join us for a night of singing featuring local Opera singer Madison Gene Horman & friends, accompanied by Roger Buchanan.
Born and raised in Palmerston North, Madison's love for singing and performing arts has seen her perform in local Palmerston North shows; Buddy the Buddy Holly Story, Chess, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dream Coat and The Phantom of the Opera as well as playing Amber in Hairspray, The Mistress in Evita, Lisa in Mamma Mia and Johanna in Sweeney Todd.
At 22, Madison has been accepted to study a Masters of Music Performance at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. This is a highly prestigious music academy which offers only 10 places a year for vocal students. This concert is a showcase of Madison's vocal talents, supported by friends in the singing industry and pianist Roger Buchanan in an effort to help fund her International fees.
