During this 4-week course, students will learn simple techniques, exercises and strategies to improve focus, boost learning and reasoning, build resilience and keep thoughts and feelings in check.
Helping them to:

- Prepare for challenging events
- Improve focus when playing an instrument or sport.
- Fine-tune learning and reasoning skills
- Boost creativity
- Feel more able to manage when emotions run high
- Avoid overwhelm
Knowledge is power the saying goes. But only if you learn from and use that knowledge. This course will help the teenager in your life to:
- Learn how their brain is changing and the challenges this can create for them.
- Teach the principals of mindfulness and encourage creating a simple and effective practice.
- Demonstrate simple techniques and exercises to improve focus, boost learning and reasoning,
- Understand how to build resilience and keep thoughts and feelings in check.
