This course is for anyone interested in expanding awareness and integrating natural breathing. I cover 3 modules over 3 evenings covering the physiology of breathing, integration optimal breathing through activating the diaphragm, and in last module implementing breathing as a tool to calm the nervous system, improve endurance, better sleep and relaxation.
My recent training as a breathing instructor has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of optimal breathing. Integrating natural breathing and learning about its complexity has changed many aspects for me. It helped me improve my asthma, my endurance and in general better wellbeing and less worrying.
And most importantly it deepened my awareness to be more in the moment. Experiencing optimal breathing can truely be transformational.
