Seeing as our first seminar SOLD OUT we are putting on our second one which is coming up on the 7th of November...get in quick before you miss out a second time!

Waiting on your section to title and starting to arrange the build but unsure of what steps to take next? Are you trying to manage your own build to save money, but unsure of the process? Or, do you have a dream of building one day?

This building seminar for locals is presented by locals who understand our unique town.

On the night, we will cover the ins & outs to borrowing money and building a home whilst sharing some drinks and nibbles (on us)-

**KiwiSaver**
How to apply, when to apply and how to get the most $ out of it. Free money from the government is on the line.

**Types of Builds**
Building your own home? Or are you time-constrained? Not sure if you have enough deposit? We will go over to show you the pros/cons and tips to make life as easy as possible.

**Interest rates**
Discounts, how to deal with paying rent and an increasing mortgage whilst you build. Reduce the stress!

**Deposits**
Don’t think you have enough deposit? We have ways to help get you there a lot faster…perhaps you are there now, and you don’t know it.

Additional costs you may not have considered-
*Valuations
*Protection
*Lawyer costs

The speakers on the night:
James Kingscote, Mark Magill and Robin Derrett from Mike Pero Mortgages- Wanaka & Queenstown

If you would like to confirm your attendance please register here or email ally.waser@mikepero.co.nz as spaces are limited.

We look forward to seeing you there!
