Speaker session - Business Toolkit
As a small business owner, often there are tools in the war-chest, often earned on the cliff-face of experience, that the small business owner knows they can count on. This session then, will focus on a few key business areas to explore:
- Sales and Marketing
- Social Media
- Compliance
- Business Model
The small business owner will tactically deploy their current business tools depending on the long game (read strategy) … but do they! Like any good contest there is a need to be both defensive and offensive depending on business cycles, targets and competition. The intention of this session is not to boil the ocean!!! (each of these business areas are quite large) Nor is this session presuming the audience does not know its stuff. Rather, this session is more about exploring and testing perceptions and myths as well as looking at concepts and ideas that might be useful to support business sustainability for the small business owner.
