An energetic singer/songwriter based out of Christchurch, New Zealand, Caleb Isaacs writes pop songs that feel like rock songs and folk songs that sometimes feel like soul songs.
Drawing heavily from traditional folk, soul and rock n’ roll influences Caleb enthusiastically blends genres together to create music that is lively, moving and always from the heart.
Born in Rotorua, raised half in Whanganui and half in the South Island, Caleb has been playing music since he was 12 years old. Figuring out his craft by playing in the local church on multiple instruments and properly honing it during his early twenties grafting out pub gigs all over the South Island; Caleb is at home on the stage as an entertaining and barn-storming frontman.
Whether playing solo with his trusty acoustic guitar, folk style, or in full groove-folk-rock[and roll] mode with his band the Mighty Mighty’s: Caleb’s songs are raw, accessible, quirky and always full of power.
Caleb’s first full length studio album, Everything is Motion will be out in Spring 2019.
