The cat is out of the closet, New Zealand’s beloved sissy Chris Parker – (The Breaker Upperers, Jono and Ben, 7 Days, Hudson and Halls Live) is returning back to Dunedin with his award winning comedy show.

CAMP BINCH, it's going to be all is going to be all blokes, beers and banter (Gays, Rosé and deeply personal/hilarious anecdotes about trying to fit in with all the straight bros)

From an alarming obsession with Anne Frank in primary school, a sexual awakening with Sarah Jessica Parker to why single sex boys schools need to end immediately - it’s just going to be an hour of classic kiwi bloke humour.

" For artists, for geeks, for gays, for whoever. A truly cathartic hour of comedy that inspires empathy as well as laughs." – Theatrescenes

From his regular appearances on New Zealand Comedy Shows Jono and Ben, Funny Girls, 7 Days and The Great Kiwi Bake Off - An Extra Slice, Chris has made a huge impact on New Zealand's comedy and television industry. With his vibrant storytelling, quick improv skills and giant hands, Chris promises to deliver an entertaining hour offering a hilarious insight of growing up as a closeted gay ballet boy in a conservative rugby loving New Zealand. Even the straight reviewer loved it!

"While in no way similar to my experiences growing up, so much of what Chris Parker shared resonated, and also unexpectedly inspired me." - The Speakeasy

Winner of the 2018 Fred Award for Best Show in the New Zealand International Comedy Festival Winner of the 2018 Best Comedy Award at the Dunedin Fringe
