A two-day programme offering practical ways of living well, building knowledge, self-confidence and self-help skills wherever you are in your cancer journey.
Living Well is a free programme suitable for anyone with any type and stage of cancer, as well as their carer or significant supporter such as spouse, partner, family or a friend.
The two-day programme is run by our specially trained supportive care nurses with expert speakers from a variety of backgrounds and professions. Each course is tailored to meet the specific needs of the group.
Topics include:
- Understanding cancer
- Managing the side-effects of cancer treatment
- Nutrition
- Relaxation and stress management
- Looking after yourself
- Communication
