Are you transitioning back to work and unsure where to start? Are you looking to make a move in your current organisation, but feel unsure of what skills you have to offer? Maybe you are looking for a new direction or thinking about a change in career?

If any of these questions sound familiar—then this workshop is for you. This workshop will explore three key areas, where you are now, your vision for the future, and what practical steps you take to move your career forward.

This workshop is highly interactive and will use tools and methodologies often used in individual coaching sessions to cover:
- Your core values and key drivers for working
- A stock-take of current skills, abilities and potential areas of growth
- Exploration of potential new directions and career paths
- Identifying current challenges or limitations in your career transition and developing strategies to overcome these
- Practical action planning for your next steps.

Be prepared for some hard work and deep thinking and you will leave feeling fully equipped to select the right job for your unique set of skills and desired lifestyle.
