The Onga Tiko Hunting and Fishing Club Children's Hunting competition is a great weekend for getting out into the great outdoors with the kids.
Get them out scoping and chasing anything from rabbits, hares, turkeys and possums, rats to stoats.
Prizes for 1st-3rd in each category
Best Dressed
$50 prize for the heaviest rat
$50 prize for the heaviest stoat, ferret or weasel
Starting from 5pm Friday 4th October, with weigh in at the Tikokino Country Hotel at 2pm Sunday 6 October. Prize giving is from 3pm Sunday.
The prize giving is always a great afternoon for the kids to show off their catch and win some great prizes. Every child leaves with a prize.
