Spend the day whipping up treats suitable for festive giveaways or to have on hand when guests pop over.
Ideal for anyone who loves to bake, is looking for new recipes or inspiration or wants economical but tasty gift solutions, in this intensive one-day workshop, you'll make at least six recipes.
By the end of the day, you'll:
- Have made a variety of sweet treats suitable for gift giving. (You’ll make a selection of baked and unbaked goods using favourite festive ingredients such as chocolate, fruits and nuts)
- Have food to take home to enjoy now or give away as gifts
- Have discussed presentation options and food gift ideas
- Be inspired and confident to try course recipes at home
- Be able to follow a recipe using correct procedures
Some communal ingredients supplied but the list of additional ingredients and equipment needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed (approximate cost $50).
