Citrus is a winters delight! I love that it is here for us at just the right time of year when we need a vitamin C hit plus the culinary delights are many. We will be salting, pickling and baking.
$50 per person includes take homes and snacks, recipe file, hints and tips.
Vegan and gluten-free friendly.
Please feel free to bring homegrown citrus fruits to use on the day.
