Consensual Contact Immersion - Level 1 Tantra With Renetsu

Residential, fully catered weekend of self-discovery through verbal, physical and written exercises. Heart-centred connection, personal enquiry, physical contact, sharing circles, movement and dance.

The issue of what is Consent? What does Consent meant to you and how does Consent impact your life? Some of our issues around consent will be revealed.

The work evolves from our relationships to the words No, Yes and Stop. It seems simple but as human beings we are anything but simple. This is a powerful method to unlock some of our complexities and then, to flourish. Safety is key. We will explore, create and experience the healing properties provided by our senses of safety in many levels.

Change the way you communication and it not only changes your relationships with others, your experience of the world and how you encounter it, but also your relationship with yourself. Simple alterations in the way we speak, have the power to unlock myriad emotions, tensions, judgements, patterns, blockages etc. These restrict the way we show up in the world. The manner in which we live our lives totally correlates with our levels of enjoyment, health and well-being.

Through simple exercises we can make major shifts in our understanding. By repartition we deepen our understanding and re-pattern ourselves into healthier life styles.

This training welcomes women and men, single or in couples, all genders and sexual orientation, aged over 18. Previous experience not required.

It is also playful and fun.

This Immersion is a standalone Personal Development course that leads on to level 2 - Consensual Contact Integration - Practitioners Training 14-16th Feb at the same venue in NZ.

This is a girl guide lodge and camp ground in a beautiful rural setting.
Accommodation: is in dormitories or camping. Bring you bedding / camping gear.

We are fully catered. Three warm meals per day as well as morning and afternoon tea. Beverages like black tea, a variety of herbal teas (fresh herbs) and lemon and ginger water.

Fresh seasonal ingredients will be cooked from scratch. Organic produce will be used where possible. Only free range eggs used. Special diets (vegan/gluten free/ dairy free/sugar free) can be cater for.
