Welcome little cooks & associated grown ups! Gosh it is getting chilly - so lets get in the kitchen these holidays and make some gorgeous winter warm up dishes.

Again we will be mixing it up each day with a selection of recipes to choose from, making many dishes a day, some adapted to your own tastes. We like the little cooks to have choices around the dishes they prepare, yet still challenge them with new cooking and taste experiences everyday.

Classes are $65 per day or $295.00 for the week, details are on booking form on the website. https://www.cookandgrowproject.co.nz/page/july-2019-holiday-classes/

Mon: One Dish Wonders – Stews, Casseroles & Hot Pots featuring a few international classics such as Hungarian Goulash, French Beef Bourguignon (a nod to Julia Child) and Rogan Josh

Tue: Pies, Pies, Pies – Classic Shepherds Pie, Apple Pie and Mini Pot Pies with a selection of fillings for the little cooks to chose from

Wed: Pasta – Fettucine, Ravioli, Macaroni, Penne & Spirals – we have a new machine for making extruded pasta shapes! And of course lots of delicious sauces to accompany the fresh pasta

Thu: Biscuits Galore – from Anzac to Yo -Yo’s and savoury cheesy favourites - we will give the old Edmonds Cookbook a run for its money!

Fri: Sensational Soups – Spicy Asian soups, Chicken noodle, Thai pumpkin, Spanish Gazpacho, French Vichyssoise. Again a big range of soups ensuring something for everyone. Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available each day.
