This course, new for 2019, runs on Monday evenings 6:30 - 9 PM over four weeks starting 10 June.
Do you want to throw lavish dinner parties? Impress your friends and yourself by making top-notch food at home. You'll learn some basic knife skills and you'll learn a series of delicious gourmet recipes that are sure to wow.
Prateek will introduce a new batch of recipes each week which you'll cook together and enjoy at the end of the class. The repertoire will include the perfect apricot, cream cheese and pistachio stuffed chicken.
What to bring: Bring an apron and tea towel each night. You may wish to bring a plastic container in case there are leftovers. Your course fee includes all ingredients for the course and you'll be eating each evening.
