Create more scrumptious dishes in this half-day workshop, suitable for both Mei-Fen's previous students as well as newcomers to Singapore Hawker Food.
Due to demand, Mei-Fen has added some delicious new dishes but you don’t have to have done her first course to join in!
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Follow recipes using correct procedures
- Create a selection of tasty Singapore Hawker dishes
- Feel more confident to cook Singapore Hawker Food at home
Some ingredients supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed (approximate cost $25) will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed. Note: Nuts will be used in some recipes - this course is not suitable for vegetarians.
