Indian street food varies from region to region but wherever you are, you’ll find a large selection of scrumptious snacks often prepared in front of your eyes.
Manjula will show you how to recreate the authentic flavours of Mumbai, using a range of local and imported ingredients.
All ingredients provided but bring an apron, tea towels and a dish cloth and containers to take any leftovers home.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Prepare a range of popular Indian street foods
- Follow the recipes provided and prepare them under supervision
- Describe more about classic Indian flavours and ingredients
- Identify local retail outlets where you can buy specialty ingredients
