Ever popular, "Simply Italian" will see you create meal-size favourites including pizza, home-made pasta and pasta sauce, lemon chicken, risotto, almond pastries and more from the varied regions of Italy. Most weeks there will be meal-sized portions to take home.
By the end of the course, you'll:
- Have made a selection of Italian-inspired food
- Be inspired and feel more confident to try course recipes at home
- Have food to take home each week
- Be able to follow a recipe using correct procedures
- Have had fun
Some communal ingredients supplied but the list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed (approximate weekly cost $20-25).
