You’ll make a range of tasty meat and vegetarian recipes to take home each week, including Marija's ever-popular lamb and mint meatballs, haloumi and honey, empanadillas and much more!
Outcomes.
By the end of the course, you'll:
- Have created a wide range of ‘small plate’ recipes, suitable to serve as tapas, meal starters or accompaniments
- Be inspired and feel more confident to try course recipes at home
- Be able to follow a recipe using correct procedures
Some communal ingredients supplied but the list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed (approximate weekly cost $20-25).
4 weeks - 7.30pm-9.30pm each week on Tuesday evenings.
