A blast of Americana, a dash of hot picking, layered with soaring harmonies, Coppermine Junction are a 4-piece Bluegrass band from Nelson. With a repertoire of songs from fast foot stompers to waltzes, channelling Gillian Welch, Tim O'Brien and Earl Scruggs. Featuring the great sound of banjo, mandolin, fiddle, guitar and upright double bass, Coppermine Junction’s old time mountain music raises spirits.
Their music is sure to leaving you grinning and coming back for more. Bring your dancing trousers and be ready to raise a sweat! Come dressed to Hoedown and get a free drink. Doors open 6:45pm Come early to get the seat of your choice. This is a fundraiser organised by Pelorus Community Preschool in aid of the Havelock Community Pool.
