This is a group for anyone who has CPTSD or PTSD or just feels like they want recovery from being impacted by your upbringing. You don't need a diagnosis to attend the group. This is for those who have been wounded in childhood.
Come and join our friendly and supportive group as we work through Pete Walker's book "CPTSD From Surviving to Thriving".
Regular computer access and literacy is necessary. There is no fee. You can just come along and check it out, and if you feel it's a fit for you, you may want to buy the book (available online, in print or Kindle/Audionbook from Amazon).
We meet each Sunday at Hastings War Memorial Library. Come and find us in the upstairs meeting room (the Sir James Wattie Room - the room with lots of glass almost directly above the main entrance). You'll be greeted and given the dates of our next meeting.
How to find us:
Please go to Meet Up (https://www.meetup.com) and join “Hastings CPTSD/PTSD Recovery Group” You’ll be greeted and given the dates of our next meeting. If you want to be skyped into the meeting because you are out of town let me know on the meetup group’s page.
