Mitch has been singing British Celtic music semi-professionally since he was 12.
Danny is an extremely talented guitarist and they both blend their skills into an experience that will not be forgotten.
Mitch hails mainly from Edinburgh, while Danny is an extremely proud West Coaster. They got together to play music while Mitch was attempting to teach Danny geography at Westland High School in Hokitika.
They will present a mixture of trad, acoustic blues and other stuff with some of it taken from their new album: “The Long and the Short of it.”, which will of course be on sale at the door.
Danny and Mitch have played in many venues and festivals in both the South and North Islands and are even welcomed back to some of them!
Metro Magazine once pronounced Mitch’s voice as “as strong as a Scottish gale” which he has always taken as a compliment!
Danny and Mitch always produce a good mixture of music, fun and unrehearsed banter, and this evening will be no exception.
