Facilitators Kim and Jacob will give you the tools and know-how during this deep, refreshing, and ’hands-on’ workshop.
You may already feel that most of what you have been taught around intimacy and sexuality is superficial. This workshop delivers the missing pieces of the puzzle, offering teachings and experiences that will give you a new outlook on sexuality, equip you with skills to connect you with your authentic self, and help you take your lovemaking to a new level.
This workshop involves a diverse programme of powerful tantric techniques including transmission training, de-armouring (energy release through pressure points), massage, meditation, dance, and transformative anger exercises.
The work is designed to connect you with your power and your authenticity, opening the gateway for meaningful connection with yourself and with others.
You will walk away with:
- more energy and vitality in your day-to-day life;
- enhanced creativity;
- increased sensitivity to the world around you;
- a feeling of being more empowered and grounded;
- the tools to harness and play with sexual energy;
- knowing why and how to de-armour your (future) partner.
We will start off the day by explaining the scientific and spiritual aspects of conscious sexuality with room for Q&A, followed by demonstrations and hands-on exercises.*
This process is a lot more light-hearted, loving, down-to-earth and humorous than one would imagine. Afterwards you’ll feel lighter, refreshed and full of energy; ready to engage more deeply with life!
