We've all got out own answers but we've decided to put the question to professional brewers and invite them along to share those beers with you and to talk about what makes them so special to them.

To launch the series we've got Behemoth Brewing Company's own Beer Giraffe Andrew Childs coming down to take you through his picks.

From 6pm we'll be pouring Andrew's selections while he shares his stories and experiences behind the beers.
