David Ferrington is a blues musician from La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. A maestro of the acoustic blues, Ferrington, a Brit expat from Lancaster, is well known in Europe where he tours regularly.
He came up through the 'blues boom' of Europe in the 70s, when all the great names were touring, and became interested in blues and African music, which led him to study different techniques related to these styles.
He practices Slide "bottleneck" guitar, vocals and harmonica. It occurs with "National Style 0 Resonator" guitar 1937 and an acoustic guitar Gibson L 01 1938.
