Join Becky from Under The Stars for a stunning evening of stargazing and delicious food.
You will be served an Asian inspired three course menu:
Prawn Tom Yum Soup*
Braised Szechuan Beef with Steamed Buns*
Luna Banana Split
A complimentary glass of housemade mulled wine to keep you warm during your stargazing experience.
*Vegetarian options available, must be advised prior to the night, please request on booking.
Session 1 – dinner at 6:30pm, stargazing from 7:30-9:00pm
Session 2 – dinner at 8:00pm, stargazing from 9:00-10:30pm
This dinner service is an inside dining experience. We will do our best to seat groups together, however this is a shared table experience.
After your dinner, you will learn about constellations and navigation, the Solar System and beyond. Bring your winter warmers and outdoor footwear, as Becky will take you down into the Luna Moon Garden for your interaction with the stars!! Becky will use telescopes, binoculars and an astronomical laser to show you planets, the Moon, stars and constellations. Becky will tell cultural stories and show you how to read the sky, and you will take away a complimentary star chart so you can carry on stargazing after the evening has finished!
In case the sky does open on us, Becky will have an educational interactive program available. Bring your smartphone along so you can get involved with the Virtual Reality goggles!
