Rawwwr! How did the dinosaurs die? Boom! Crash! A giant rock from space! Yep, dinosaurs rock and these summer school holidays, we’re exploring the deadly rock that caused the dinosaurs’ ‘last day’ on Earth.

The Dinosaurs’ Rock Summer School Holiday Fun experience is split into three parts, over 1.5 hours.
Start in the Space Room and have fun with interactive activities and crafts. Create dino origami, learn about the deadly rock from space, play with dino robots, catch a glimpse of a dino through virtual reality and more!

Then, head outside (if the weather cooperates) and take part in the popular water-powered rocket launching. Don’t worry, no dinosaurs will be hurt in the launching of the rockets!

Finish your dinosaur discovery in the planetarium dome theatre. Catch the 360-degree show Dinosaurs at Dusk, where you’ll discover that the origins of flight actually come from the dinosaurs.

Join Lucy and her father as they navigate their way across the globe, meeting dinosaur characters along the way, some of who are the ancestors of modern-day birds. Then, witness first-hand the rock that wiped the dinosaurs out for good!

The dinosaurs’ death was a geological event of astronomical proportions so come along to learn more and go dino-mad!

Bookings essential. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your session time. Late entry is not permitted.

Suits ages 5-12
Adult/Senior– $10
