Freestyle Drumming and Dancing
Participants can arrive or leave the Drum Dance Circle any time that suits them between 6pm and 8pm.

Please bring your own drum(s) or instruments though some drums and instruments can be provided with prior arrangement.

Exploring rhythm, breath and meditative aspects of hand drumming and freestyle dancing. Suitable for beginners to intermediate to advanced drum players and dancers of all forms.

Connect more intimately with your own natural born sense of rhythm and movement.

If you are alive then you have a heartbeat and a sense of natural rhythm which you can experience when you slow down and draw your focus more inward, assisted with kundalini yoga and meditation to tune us deeply into our heart space.

6pm to 7pm: Freestyle Drum Circle Jam and freestyle dancing around the (metaphysical) fire, freestyle dancers welcomed and encouraged to interact with drummers - both inspiring each other in a co created flow of freedom and life expressed through rhythm and movement.

7pm to 8pm: Guest DJ playing tribal and percussion influenced dance tracks that drummers are welcome to continue contributing freestyle beats over and a dance happy hour.

$10 per person or $25 for a 4 class concession.

*There are occasional Friday nights this event will not happen due to other workshops utilising the space on a Friday night.
