Begin your week with a Yoga practice that enlivens, balances and energizes you on all levels.

Classes start with a gentle warm up to awaken your body, leading into variations of sun salutation sequences to greet the day and embrace the sun as the warmer months unfold. We finish with a 10 minute mindfulness meditation to leave your mind calm and focused for your day ahead.

All bodies and fitness levels warmly welcomed. Mats, blankets and props available but please feel welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Cost - $15 per class or $120 for the term if paid at the beginning of term. The term rate gives you 2 free classes.

I am an experienced and qualified Yoga, Somatic Movement and Mindfulness teacher. I began teaching in 2008. I am passionate about sharing a yoga practice that is safe, sustainable and mindful. I am a dedicated student, practitioner and teacher, maintaining my own daily yoga and meditation practice.
