Hello music lovers! 2019 marks the year Electric Gardens crosses the Tasman Sea to debut in New Zealand! Our fourth year celebrates an inaugural Kiwi festival home at the expansive Ellerslie Racecourse on Saturday 2nd February.

Fatboy Slim, Sigma DJ Set, Bag Raiders (live), Dick Johnson, Eastern Bloc, K2K.

After selling out shows across his New Zealand tour which was announced earlier this month, Fatboy Slim will round off the tour on the big stage at Electric Gardens.

Needing no introduction, a career spanning over 4 decades and one of the original godfathers of dance music, Fatboy Slim aka Norman Cook, was a key pioneer of the big beat genre of the nineties, with certified hits “Right Here, Right Now”,“The Rockafeller Skank” and “Praise You” coming from 4 albums since 1996.

British electronic duo SIGMA have since been added to the billing, bringing their high energy show to the gardens of Ellerslie. Their single "Nobody to Love" topped the UK Singles Chart, becoming their first UK number one and their second was the follow-up single "Changing" featuring Paloma Faith. Expect these and more as they impress the Electric Gardens masses.

Aussie electronic duo Bag Raiders (Live) are bound for their first series of live shows after an extended hiatus. With a new album poised for release in 2019, revellers will be able to enjoy a sneak preview of their latest floor-filling offering and celebrate 10 years since ‘Shooting Stars’ catapulted the boys to global stardom.

Rounding off the lineup is the local talents of Dick Johnson, Eastern Bloc and K2K.

Held in the centre of Ellerslie Racecourse, expect a premium festival experience across 1 stage (no clashes) that will leave attendees wanting more.
