We invite you to join us for a weekend workshop with renowned healer and teacher, Yuan Tze, in his first workshops held in New Zealand in eight years.
The focus of the workshops will be:
- How to achieve higher realisation through growing the heart by exploring its role in self-development and achieving harmony within and with others developing healthy consciousness by working on our patterns of thought.
- How to improve health and wellbeing through a daily Qi healing session lead by Yuan Tze.
- Yuan Qigong - learning and practising beautiful, moving and still meditations using the body, mind, breath and Qi (energy).
