What to expect
Doors open at 7.30am; get there early to get your coffee! The first 50 attendees receive a free coffee courtesy of Startup Queenstown Lakes.

Programming starts at 7.45a.m. Hear a local entrepreneur share their journey with the audience followed by a Q&A with our emcee of the day, Olivia Wensley.

Richard Liew is the founder of NZ Entrepreneur Magazine, a champion for the local startup ecosystem and creator/presenter of Startup NZ - a new online programme designed to support first-time entrepreneurs on their journey with the right information, inspiration and connections from day one.

Developed in consultation with business owners, mentors and startup experts, Startup NZ is an inspiring and informative 'first step' programme to prepare new business owners mentally and emotionally for the business building journey.

Richard will share an overview of the programme and his insights on support for local entrepreneurs.

The formal meeting concludes by 8.45 a.m, and everyone is invited to stay around to continue the conversation over breakfast.

Tickets: None. First come, first served. RSVP via Eventfinda.

Networking Courtesy: Bring business cards for networking, but don’t pass them out unless asked for one. No selling of services or advertising at the event (branded company shirts, etc. acceptable).
