What is mBraining?
mBraining is a new field of human development and understanding, developed by Grant Soosalu and Marvin Oka.

We have at least three brains – yes the head, or cephalic brain you were already aware of, and the heart (cardiac) and gut (enteric) brains, which you were probably aware of intuitively, but may not have called them brains in the past.

Using the mBIT Roadmap and accessing and aligning your brains in a particular order, enables you to move through the road map and reach a higher level of emergent wisdom. That is the crux of what mBraining is all about.

By understanding and listening to the three brains, people are better able to recognise where they are out of alignment. You know that feeling when you want to do something, but you can’t quite take the action required? Or where your heart says one thing and your head says another? Or you have made a decision – but it doesn’t ‘feel right’? That is your brains not being in good alignment. And it is only when you align your three brains that you will move forward positively.

This one-day workshop will help you understand the three brains, how they function together and give you an introduction to how to work with people whose brains are not in alignment.

Dr Suzanne Henwood will facilitate this one-day workshop.

Learning Outcomes
An awareness of the latest thinking of the intelligence in the body at heart and gut level. Sensory acuity skills to be able to identify which intelligence is in play (and which is not in play). Skills to communicate with multiple intelligences – for self and others.

Who should attend?
Counsellors, social workers, nurses, clinical psychologists, GP's, case workers, clinicians, and others working with people and wanting to get the best out of them/yourself.

Dr Suzanne Henwood
Suzanne started her working life in healthcare – moving from being a practitioner, to educator and to Associate Professor. She has 30 years’ experience of teaching and training at an advanced level and is an NLP Coach and Trainer, a Mindfulness Facilitator, a Map of Meaning facilitator and an mBIT Master Coach and Master Trainer – one of only two people in the world to hold both titles (outside one of the developers of mBraining). She is also trained in ACT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy for severe stress and anxiety and Refocussing Counselling.
