When Winter swings into town, it’s the perfect time to crack open those delicious full-bodied reds, and relish warm, long-lunching. Join talented winemaker Jason Stent for a masterclass tasting that will compare Paritua Red and Paritua 21:12 with two signature wines from the Bordeaux right bank (Merlot blend) and left bank (Cabernet blend) in the brand-new Paritua Cellar Door. Move through to the panoramic dining room overlooking the vines and be treated to a three-course long lunch especially prepared by renowned chef, Paolo Pancotti. Tuck into local Hawke’s Bay beef and lamb, a selection of winter vegetables and salads, and finish off with dessert – all matched to Paritua’s premium wines.
