Summer is BBQ season! Get amongst a Churrasco (Spanish and Portuguese for beer or grilled meat) at Caution Dining Lounge.

All the juicy meats will be flying off the grill and onto your plate, so get your knife and fork ready for slow roasted leg of lamb, beef rump cap, chicken drumsticks, pork scotch, beef & blue cheese sausage. When you’ve had your fill, dessert will be rolling out so you can finish your feast on a sweet note: Petit Fours (banana tart, Napolitana, truffle, baklava).

We can’t forget about the wine portion of the evening! Gordon Russell from Esk Valley will be hosting a wine matching, speaking to each course and the thoughts behind the pairing.

Ticket price includes welcome drink, platter to start, followed by a Churrasco BBQ with a selection of meats, sides, sauce and dessert to finish. Wine matching to each course available for additional $50.
