We are people in Palmerston North who practice Falun Gong, and wish to share the benefits of this peaceful practice, as well as share local contacts, exercise sites, and events for anyone wanting to learn more about the practice.

All resources, exercise music, and books can be downloaded free of charge on Falun Gong consists of four gentle exercises and a sitting meditation that help improve mental and physical well-being. The practice of Falun Gong also emphasises improving heart and mind nature.

This is done by applying the principles of the practice (truthfulness, compassion and forbearance) in one’s life and trying to follow them in all situations. Through consistent and determined practice, Falun Gong can enable one to reach a state of altruism, health, and inner balance. As people from diverse nationalities and professions have taken up the practice, most have found themselves undergoing profound transformations.

Forgiveness replaces anger. Calm replaces anxiety. Frustrations and desires give way to a serene inner joy that endures in even the most challenging situations.

Falun Gong is practiced in more than 110 countries around the world, with its principle guiding text, Zhuan Falun, translated into dozens of languages. Falun Gong is always taught free of charge and can be practiced individually or in groups.
