Its important to build resilience with our children, so they have the confidence to deal with stressful situations.
The cost will be $25.00 and an adult will need to attend.
As a martial arts instructor I was devastated when a friends 10 year old son took his life because of bullying.
Feeling helpless I wanted to do something so I have created a class designed to keep children safe, and give them confidence when dealing with a bigger bully.
I have specially designed mannequins to assist with learning.
Your child will learn the following:
- a protective non confrontational stance
- some tips and tricks to deescalate a situation
- use of the palm to strike the chin
- a combination of attack and defense move
- and more,,,,
Please note that a parent will need to attend and participate.
