Kickstart 2019 with this summer movement workshop especially designed to help you find balance in movement and life.

In this workshop you will reclaim easy and dynamic movement and learn how to keep yourself active, balanced and flexible.

Why is balance important?
Balance is an integral part of how we perform movements necessary for everyday life. Knowing how to move in a dynamic, balanced and functional way will help you:

- Improve stability & balance
- Increase vitality & energy
- Reduce pain, stress & tension
- Walk with confidence & improve posture
- Look & feel younger

Find your balance:
The workshop will be packed with practical ways you can create balance in all levels of your movement and life. You will explore movement in sitting, standing and lying to shine the light on where you overwork and what you can do to make life easier. Increased awareness allows you to optimise your everyday movement to be pain-free, balanced, comfortable and easy.

What to expect:
You will lie, sit or stand on a comfy mat and explore whole body movement sequences. You move at your own pace and comfort so it doesn't matter if you’re new to Feldenkrais or you've been doing it for years. There is no pain, sweating or stretching involved.

All body types, ages (over 18) and levels are welcome.

About the teachers:
Sarah and Christine are both Certified Feldenkrais practitioners with years of experience in helping people reconnect with their body and movement. Both are passionate about helping women to reclaim their balance and mobility in a relaxed, fun environment.
