Food For Thought is coming to Wellington! Sarah Wilson, Julia Rucklidge and Ben Warren are back to educate and inspire you with the knowledge of how to best support your mental health with what you eat.

We are learning more and more about how what we eat can influence our moods and what we think. At Food For Thought, we will discuss the role of inflammation and inflammatory foods; nutrient deficiencies and micronutrients; stabilising blood sugar levels; and provide practical steps to support your mental wellbeing with what you eat.

SPEAKERS

Sarah Wilson - New York Times bestselling and #1 Amazon bestselling author and founder of IQuitSugar.com. Sarah's book 'First, We Make the Beast Beautiful, A New Story of Anxiety' shares her experience of living with anxiety.

Her TEDx talk has over a million views: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dqXHHCc5lA. Julia will be providing a compelling case for nutritional interventions in mental illness.

Ben Warren - Leading Clinical Nutritionist, founder of BePure and PhD candidate with the Mental Health and Nutrition Research Group. Ben will be providing practical steps for how to implement the findings of the latest research into your own life.
