$10 per person per class. $15 for a Parkinson's person and their spouse, friend or caregiver. Your first class is free to try!
A Dance class specifically designed for people living with Parkinson's. We start our movements seated in a wide circle, then move out onto the floor, Wheel chairs and walkers are welcome. Dancers are encouraged to follow the choreographed dance moves in their own body's way, with no expectations or prior dance experienced needed.
Using Parkinson dance techniques with the Mark Morris Parkinson's Dance Group New York Inc. Assisting with balance, coordination and confidence of movement are just a few of the benefits of this beautiful gentle and fun class.
All ages and fitness levels. No experience required.
