They’re back!!

I’m coming to Auckland to offer a series of events and workshops in the realm of Conscious Connection, Authentic Intimacy and more.
This series of events can be experienced as stand alone offerings or can also be a journey where one leads into the next, its up to you!

These fun and interactive 2 hour workshops are designed to inspire a deeper connection and awareness to first yourself
and then with life.
Particularly with the way you interact with others.
They are an opportunity to know yourself more deeply, and have a taste of embodying some of the basic principles of living a Tantric life.

Defining Tantra is like trying to explain what swimming is to someone who has never been in water, it is something to be experienced, to immerse yourself in.
The Tantric path wakes you up and turns you inside out. It can not be learnt from a book it needs to be lived. Its not just about the body, the emotions and sex it just doesn't ignore them, as they are a part of our experience here on earth.

These playful and introductory events will offer you the space to expand your awareness, liberate your heart and gain a deeper experience of yourself and others.

Each month we will explore a different theme.

Radical Authenticity and Consent
A 2 hour workshop on communication, boundaries and consent.

This will be followed by Authentic Intimacy, a recurring event with a fun, social side to encourage deeper levels of intimacy and connection in your life. An invitation to explore meeting real people in real time and space and relating in a real and authentic way.

Is there nudity in these workshops?
There is no nudity in either of these workshops, all exercises are done with clothes on and you only need to engage with others at a level you are comfortable with.

How intimate will the exercises be?
The basis for the exercises is about connecting to our own energy and interacting from a place of sovereignty within ourselves, engaging with others in a healthy, safe and authentic way.

Do I need to bring a partner with me?
You are welcome to bring a partner, or come with friends to either events, but it is not necessary to do so.

About your Facilitator:

Artist, Wild child, Essex girl, Tantrika, Sexual Shaman, Poet, and Mother – Ellie Wilde has been exploring the field of Tantra and Conscious Sexuality personally for the last 20 years and professionally for the last 8.
A Certified Sexological Body worker and Somatic Sex Coach she has trained with the Institute of Somatic Sexology, and is deeply influenced by the late women’s sexuality teacher Shakti Malan. Ellie also has extensive training and is faculty with the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), with whom she teaches internationally.
