This is the Canterbury Mineral and Lapidary Club annual show. For those interested in gemstones, rocks, minerals and fossils. Something for everyone: fossicking trailer, sales displays and raffles. Come along and look at the displays of local rocks and gemstones.
There will be a display of an extinct fossil fern called Donponoxylon, with samles from Australia, New Zealand and Zimbabwe.
Raffles give everyone a chance to get a valuable display piece for their home.
