For the first time ever, Clubbercise is coming to Central Otago! Clubbercise is a group fitness class held in the dark with disco lights, laser lights, UV lights, neon face & body paint and our Clubbercisbranded, LED glow sticks.
A fusion of dance, aerobics, combat and toning moves to a tracklist of Club Anthems from the 90’s till now! Clubbercise is exercise in disguise! (We had you at glow sticks right!?)
Chloe is currently the only Clubbercise instructor in the whole of NZ and is based in Christchurch but will be coming to Cromwell for one night only, in conjunction with Holistic Happiness.
What to Expect?
An awesome workout that will leave you feeling high on the happy vibes, followed by a light supper of healthy foods and a range of re-hydrating herbal teas, we will finish the evening with a chat and relaxing self love meditation led by Cromwell based, International Yoga, Reiki and Meditation Guru
and owner of Holistic Happiness, Francesca Dustin, to ensure you leave feeling completely nourished in mind, body and soul.
