Vibrational healing is an effective and proven modality that uses sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health. Sound tools entrain the brain to move into the deeper Alpha, Delta and Theta brain wave frequencies. These are the frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind and intuition. Sound is a type of energy medicine that creates the sacred space in which people can heal from stress disorders, pain, depression, the emotional roller coaster and more.
The sound bath is led by an experienced Sound therapist Rosanda , who has assisted many individuals to achieve positive transformation, who intuitively guides the relevant therapeutic Gongs, Himalayan bowls and other native instruments produces a spiraling cocoon of total sound, which enables you to lose the sense of identity with your body as a physical object. You are no longer limited to a 3rd dimensional material world. This process of immersion enables a deep profound cleansing of negative energy, unblocking and grounding to occur.
As you are bated from this cosmic vehicle of rolling sound waves, you arrive in the subtle ethers of the 4th dimension and repair occur more efficiently, for there is less interference between your ego consciousness and your more evolved subconscious Innate Intelligence. This 4th dimensional Gong experience also helps to remove fears, the greatest of which is the fear of dying.
The session will start with you being welcomed to a warm candle lit studio smelling of precious essential oils & you being invited to lie down & get comfy.
There will be a guided meditation to help you relax and than using a beautifully-tuned Paiste Moon & Jupiter Planetar Gongs and other instruments to build up sound waves that wash over & around you,releasing tensions in the body & mind.
Wear loose & comfortable clothes. Yoga mats, rugs and eye masks will be provided.
