Hañsa Flow©, founded by Vincent Bolletta, is a practice that investigates the healing art of Vinyasa through creative sequencing and choreography.

Taking inspiration from the mandala form we begin to investigate this unique and ancient symbolic shape in context of its history and use to purposely building a sacred practice space that will enable us to process and understand further our body movement.

By learning and focusing our attention on the subtle and detailed aesthetic, and symmetric qualities of a mandala we will begin to deconstruct and rebuild our yoga practice that supports our bodies and re-establishes balance and function

Masterclass details:
This session will be 3 hours long, including both the physical practise and the philosophy of Hañsa, with an opportunity to ask questions at the end. To introduce Vincent and his unique offerings to Dunedin, we will be offering this 3 hour Masterclass with one of NZ's most renown Yoga Teachers for the special price of $45, with the Early-Bird price of $40 until the end of April.

Some experience in yoga practice is beneficial.

Vincent Bolletta Vincent has been teaching, and practicing yoga since 1990 and has been involved with the health and wellness industry over 30 years.

This has led him to become New Zealand’s foremost yoga instructor and teacher trainer with a wealth of knowledge in biomechanics, yoga therapy, movement therapy, and postural analysis. With 26 years teaching and practice experience Vincent now regularly travels internationally to Europe, USA, and Asia to teach and deliver the “Art of Yoga”.

Vincent is also the founder of Hañsa Yoga a unique style that integrates eastern and western thought and methodologies to the practice of yoga. Hansa Yoga has developed an 800 hours yoga therapy professional training programme that supports a process of healing and awakening through principles of human fundamental movement patterns and embodiment.

Using this as the basis to gain greater insight into individual function as well as understanding one’s physical, mental and energetic needs. Through this practice, we will unravel and engage our unique stories in a way to evoke a postural evolution that will only enhance skill and poise on all levels.

This master class is not suitable for beginners. Yoga experience is required.
